Questions owners ask.
Do I need internet all the time?
No. GymLedger saves everything on your phone first, so it works with slow internet or none at all. It backs up by itself whenever you are online.
Which phones does it work on?
Any Android phone with Chrome, or an iPhone with Safari. You open a link and add it to your home screen. There is nothing to download from the Play Store.
Can I keep my register numbers?
Yes. When you add a member, use their number from your register as their Gym ID. New members get the next number automatically.
Is my members’ data safe?
Your records are saved on your phone and backed up to our server. Only you can see your gym’s members. If you change your phone, log in and everything comes back.
How do I pay after the free trial?
Choose a plan in the app and pay by bank transfer to Askari Bank, account title Ali Hamza, A/C 00950200001404, IBAN PK94ASCM0000950200001404. Upload the payment screenshot in the app and we activate your plan, usually within a few hours.
What happens if I don’t renew?
You get a reminder 7 days before your plan ends and 3 extra days after it. Then the app pauses until you renew. Your data is never deleted, and it’s all there when you renew.
